The information below explains our current customer service process.

Order processing and cutoff

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. The order cutoff is Weekdays 5 PM Pacific Time. Orders submitted after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Shipping origin and fulfillment

Orders ship from 536 Haul Rd, Nederland, Colorado, 80466, United States. Carrier: USPS. Fulfillment partner: No third-party fulfillment partner. DGS VolMAX fulfills orders directly from the stated shipping origin.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after processing. When an order ships, available tracking information is sent to the contact information supplied at checkout. Carrier events, severe weather, address issues, and other events outside our control can affect an estimate.

Shipping cost

Free Standard shipping is available on all eligible orders with no minimum order amount. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after processing.
